Living room II: around 30 m2 sofa, armchairs, occasional tables, piano, closed wood burning chimney,

Fitted kitchen: 5 gas hobs and big oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, two big fridges, one of which has a freezer compartment, pans and utensils,

Sanitary area including 2 wash basins, one shower, 2 toilets; washer-dryer.

2 separate washrooms: wash basin(s) + shower

1 separate toilet

Upstairs:

6 bedrooms, including:

• 2 bedrooms with one 160 x 200 cm bed

• 1 bedroom with 1, 140 x 190 cm bed 

• 1 bedroom with 2, 90 x 190 cm beds 

• 1 bedroom with 3, 90 x 200 cm beds. Of which 2 are bunk

• 1 bedroom with 4, 90 x 200 cm separate beds

• 1 wash room with shower

• 1 toilet (total sanitary facilities in the house, excluding the annex: 4 toilets, 4 showers, 6 washbasins)

INDEPENDENT Annex- sleeps 7:

In the same building with a separate entry, it is made up of a big attic bedroom with 7, 90 x 190 cm beds + bathroom and toilet.

All beds are to hotel standards.

The whole building is heated by electricity with radiators, with; in addition, two closed wood burning chimneys in the living rooms.

Tours of the winemaking buildings. Tasting and sales of the estate wines (the estate specialises in old vintages).

Pets allowed: dogs, cats.
