Sleeping 4, this winemaker’s house has a view over:

• The Romanesque church of Saint Etienne la Varenne from the front

• A valley with vine covered slopes and wooded tops from the back.

It has an elegant outside staircase and is made up of:

• A living room with two windows facing south and west.

• A very well-equipped kitchen (induction hobs, electric and microwave ovens, fridge and freezer, extractor fan, dishwasher, cupboards and small kitchen appliances).

• Lobby with wardrobe and cupboards.

• A big bedroom with a 1.60 m bed and view over the garden

• A bathroom with jet shower and washing machine

      Upstairs:

• A television room with a two place sofa bed.

• An attic bedroom with 2, 0.90 m beds

• A bathroom.

• A toilette

        On the ground floor:

• A cellar with a tumble dryer.

• A bike shed

SWIMMING POOL, in the nearby owners’ garden, times to be fixed on arrival.

WEEK (from Saturday at 4 p.m. to the following Saturday at 10 a.m.)

• Low and mid season: €320 

• School holidays: Spring, Autumn, Christmas: €350 

• High season: €500

• Very high season with swimming pool: €550 

Security payment: €350

OTHER CHARGES 

Cleaning: €30

Sheets per bed and square pillowcase:  €10

Towel: €5     

Electric heating: 8 KWH per day free, then €0.10 per extra KWH

Pets allowed: cats and dogs.
