Long-cellaring wines

Côte de Brouilly 2000 (a rare wine)

Really surprising freshness with loads of personality from its really well-built structure.

An ideal partner to dishes in sauce, marinated game and mature cheeses.

It is the perfect demonstration of how Beaujolais Crus can age well.

The winner of a Burgondia d’Or  (Burgundian wine competition) in 2005

Côte de Brouilly 2002

A very forthright wine that is set in the typicity of its terroir. It is medium bodied with peppery tannins. It has taken on what we call ‘pinot’ characteristics (resembling a Burgundy) and is ready to enjoy now.

It gives an added extra to white meat, guinea fowl and fresh cheese.

Enjoy at between 16 and 18° C
Cellaring of 1 to 2 years
Price including taxes: €7.50
Case of 6: €40
